I bought a used V40 from Brindley Volvo. The experience was very positive. I was treated very professionally by James P who explained everything about the car and the process of purchasing it very well. I was able to take the car for an extensive test drive which included some motorway driving. Having chosen to buy the car, it was serviced and prepared for me to collect to a very high standard; it is two years old but looks factory fresh. I would definitely recommend Brindley Volvo.

I collected my new car yesterday and was extremely impressed with the superb customer service from Anis, plus (sorry I can't remember name) the lovely guy who did the handover. The communication has been excellent throughout the whole process, from my initial vehicle enquiry to after sales. The car came with many extras that I wasn't expecting, so that was a bonus! I have bough cars from main dealers before but have never received service like this. I drove up from Surrey for this car and it was certainly worth it! I would not hesitate to buy another car from Brindley. Thank you!

We were handled by Sales Consultant Stephen Fletcher. Very helpful and very well informed. On picking up the car, all of the features and full use of the in-car computer were excellently explained by Joe Terry. All together a very professional experience.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a car in May 2019 from Brindley and at the time had terrible problems with communications which were escalated to Volvo customer relations. I have had my car for 3 months and the ECU light came on. I arranged for it to have a code read to find out the problem, I was told it would take 20 minutes. After 40 minutes I still did not have my car back so asked at the service desk how long it would be. I was told that they were trying to find a courtesy car for me. I really had to prod and probe to get information about what was wrong, how long it would take etc. I then had to wait another 40 minutes for a courtesy car to be sorted out. I had a call to say that my car was repaired and was ready, it was agreed that they would bring the car back to me. I was home at the time I said I would be and sat waiting patiently and waited and waited and waited. I checked the Volvo on call app and the car had not even moved - this was at 7:30pm so I knew I was not getting my car back. I did not receive any calls to say that my car was not coming back or there was a problem. I am disappointed that a 3 month old car develops a fault like this, but the lack of communication has really upset me. I do not feel like Brindley Volvo respect me as a customer or respect my time. They certainly do not seem very good at communication whether it be the sales team or the service team. I would recommend going else where for a car and servicing, you won't spend all evening waiting for them to bring your car back then.

Visited for advice on my old Saab for a spare wheel. Very warm welcome at reception & helpful information on possible spare wheel suppliers. Great looking dealership too!
